Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for change.  It can be used to boost confidence and performance or in preparation for public speaking.  It is also effective to aid stop smoking, exam nerves, weight management or phobias, such as flying. I trained in 2014 (BSAP, Canterbury) and offer over ten years experience. At a typical session we would initially discuss your aims for the session, then you would be invited into a deeply relaxed state, where your mind feels flexible enough to create solutions to your blocks. Typically, 1-4 hypnotherapy sessions may only be required.
