Gentle Yoga Classes for all ages

Focusing on undoing tension, relaxing, and finding more space within the body and the mind. 

The classes may be particularly helpful for those with stiff joints and for stress related issues.

Intuitive teaching, working  a lot with our connection to the ground and to the breath.The classes may also help people to reconnect with themselves from the heart.

Sue qualified with the Inner Yoga Trust and have seventeen years of Yoga teaching experience.
