Manual Therapy Specialist

Linda Aryaeenia BSc(OST) MSCCO

In May of 2019 Linda fulfilled a lifelong ambition to live closer to the sea and moved from Billericay, Essex to beautiful Lyme Regis. She is currently enjoying building up her patient list in Bridport and Lyme Regis, whilst spending her spare time soaking up the fantastic west country landscape.

Linda began her working life as a Biologist in the pharmaceutical industry. After 3 years working on laboratory-based research, she felt the growing need to work with people more directly. Her fascination with how the human body works led her to qualify as an Osteopath in 1993, after completing a four-year full time degree in Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy in London.

With an expanding patient base, she then established the Brentwood Osteopathic Centre in Brentwood, Essex in 2001, where she worked with a team of highly motivated associates. Thirteen years later, after a brief sabbatical, she downsized her practice to Billericay, Essex, in order to focus more on specialist manual therapy and patient care rather than clinic management.

As an Linda places a high emphasis on prevention and patient education, which might include remedial exercises to adjust posture or advice on diet and lifestyle. She loves to work with her patients to solve the problems that bring them to seek help, and she enjoys treating a complete cross-section of patients. She also loves treating infants to adults of unlimited age, using a variety of approaches. These include Cranialsacral therapy, Structural and Manual therapy, massage and stretching, as well as Western Acupuncture.

During Linda’s osteopathic career she attended regular postgraduate training courses, including Cranial and Paediatric Osteopathy with the Sutherland Cranial College, and Roland E Becker Institute as well as Medical Acupuncture with Prof Anthony Campbell. She is a member of the Sutherland Cranial College.

She has always enjoyed an active lifestyle, practicing various martial arts and has a passion for dancing! Her love of nature and the marine environment in particular has seen her travelling to far-flung destinations to scuba dive, snorkel and volunteer in some fascinating locations.
